DWR Chicago

This project is a 2-phase project consist of exterior upgrade for the Landlord’s build out combine with an interior fit out for DWR.

The exterior upgrade consisted of re-cladding of the existing building with zinc panel rainscreen system that minimally affected the project schedule. The schedule was tied to the interior fit out which also feature DWR’s largest ‘lighting cloud’ design to date. This is a project conceived at DFA.
